Didier Godfroid

Didier is a former tennis player, with two national titles to his credit. In the early ‘90s he was a sparring partner of Grand Slam winners Jana Novotna and Hana Mandlikova. He has completed two 70.3 Ironman, the first in 2019 (Koper Slovenia) and the European Championship in Elsinore Denmark more recently. The Antarctic Ice Marathon will be Didier’s first and only marathon. Of all marathons this one is the “coolest” to run! He loves the combination of adventure and sports.
