Suzie Williams Zellers

Suzie is a single mom who resides in San Diego with her two children Duke (age 5) and Evelyn (age 2). The World Marathon Challenge will be Suzie’s first endurance race since having her children. However, prior to her pregnancies Suzie completed three half Ironman triathlons and five half marathons. She is an ambassador for the non-profit organization ROMP (Range of Motion Project) and recently completed a 10-day medical mission in Guatemala with them as a Prosthetist. Suzie lost her Dad to lung cancer 18 months ago. He was her rock in life and at every finish line of her races, a best friend who loved and supported her unconditionally. Suzie has decided to run this race in her father’s honor and hopes to spread his ashes at each finish line.
